Here are my edits using CS4. I did two this time.
The first one I cropped slightly and adjusted the levels and vibrance but did it separately from the girl's jacket.
The second one I cropped more and ran the B&W Beauty action from The Pioneer Woman. I then selected the woman's jacket and adjusted the levels to get more detail.
